Below, we have listed several FAQ's in regards to the Pre-Order Process. Please ensure you have read the FAQ's prior to placing your order.
Q: When will my Pre-Order ship?
A: The order will begin the shipping processing time (1 to 10 business days) when the item(s) ordered are back in stock. The estimated back-in-stock date is listed on the product you purchased. This date is an ESTIMATE. It is not a guaranteed date. The actual date of receipt could be some days later. Customers calling and/or emailing-contact forms requesting order status will be given this same information.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You may log into your account and view the order status. Please do not call or contact us requesting this information. Once the order is shipped, the status will be changed to "Shipped". We do not have any status notifications or estimates outside of what is provided on the website. In the event that the estimated arrival date of a product changes significantly (more than 7 business days), we will notify you of that updated status.
Q: I received a shipping confirmation, but the items haven't been shipped. Is there something wrong?
A: Shipping documents and labels are created first, then the order is sent to the warehouse to be processed. Once you have received tracking information that will indicate that your order is in the pre-shipping process. The order can stay in this status for some time as this is where the orders are in the queue to be pulled, scanned, and packed. Please continue to check the tracking once daily and when the order is in transit, the tracking info will become active. If there is a problem with your order, we would contact you.
Q: How long will it take In-Stock items to ship?
A: In-Stock items are estimated to ship within 1 to 10 business days. This is just an estimate and not a guaranteed date.
Q: How long will it take my order to ship when the item is back in stock?
A: The estimated order processing time is 1 to 10 business days. We want to give our warehouse as much time as possible to ensure that the orders are shipped accurately and well packaged.
Q: Is there a way that I can pay more to expedite an order?
A: We are not able to expedite the processing of any order. Only standard shipping options will be processed. Any express shipping options selected for an order will not be applied or implemented. The costs of these options will be refunded and the order will be shipped through standard shipping means.
Q: Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?
A: You must submit a Contact Form to make any changes to an existing order. We cannot guarantee the change will be possible as items may no longer be available at the time of the change request. We cannot change addresses on orders purchased using PayPal. We can, however, cancel the existing order and you are free to try to re-submit the order on our website and add the correct shipping address then.
Q: Can I order an out of stock product?
A: Please use the"EMAIL ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK" notification link in the product page to be advised of when these options or available or check back on the website later when this information has been updated. Q: When will a product(s) be back in stock or available for pre-order?
A: Please use the "EMAIL ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK" notifications on the product page to receive in-stock or pre-order notifications. All ETA information will be provided via email notification and/or posted on our website as soon as it is available. Our ETA's are based on real shipments en route. We are not forecasting shipments based on productions that have not been completed as others may be doing.
Q: I ordered a product and I looked back on the website and see that it is now out of stock. Will I still receive the product that I ordered?
A: As items are ordered the stock is diminished and at some point, the stock may completely run out. If you were able to order the item, then it was listed as In Stock at that time and you should receive the item(s). If for any reason an item was ordered and it is not actually in stock, we will refund the purchase completely for the out-of-stock items.
Q: I saw on your website that a pre-order product is out of stock. How can a pre-order item be out of stock?
A: Pre-order is based on the next incoming shipment of a product(s). Once that inventory is exhausted, the item will be out of stock until the next ETA is announced for subsequent incoming shipments.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: A Pre-Order can be canceled at any time before you receive a notification stating that your order has shipped. The order cannot be canceled after it is shipped. Order cancellations must be called in by phone. We cannot guarantee that an order will be canceled if the cancellation request is submitted through an email or contact form.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged the full amount of the purchase immediately.
