Refund/Return Policy:

The original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.

• Items must be in New, Unaltered, and Unused condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Without showing signs of wear, assembly, or damage in any way

• Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

• Items that are customized and/or part of a quoted list cannot be returned
• Shipping costs are not refundable/waiveable

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged for items of equal or greater purchase amount, not including shipping costs, discount codes, coupons, gift certificates or any other promotions.

If an item is received damaged, please contact Customer Support.

All items that leave our warehouse are thoroughly inspected and well packaged.

If a customer receives an item and would simply like to return it, there is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged for items of equal or greater purchase amount, not including shipping costs, discount codes, coupons, gift certificates or any other promotions.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and the proper packaging of the item being returned.

Returns will not be accepted if not in their original packaging.

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please Contact Us for an RA # before items are returned.
Items returned without an RA# will be returned to the sender.
