The Vulcan Multi-Grip Swiss Bar allows pressing from different widths as well as different handle diameters. This Swiss Log/Press bar allows palms inward pressing and pushing movements which can alleviate pain and stress from shoulders while offering variety in training. The Vulcan Multi-Grip Swiss Bar can be used on most standard size squat stands, power racks, or Crossfit® gym style rigging.
