The Squat Arm + Vulcan Axe Adjuster is designed for use with the the Vulcan Kraaken-Hyper

Simply connect the adjuster and arm to the angled front post on either side at your selected height. Add weight to the hard chrome weight plate holders , and begin your squat. As you lift the weight up you will pull the handle towards you which will disengage the stand. When you are finished with your squat, you will simply push it back into position.
