Vulcan Edge Half Rack



The Vulcan Edge Half Rack is an outstanding option for facilities and gyms that prefer to position their half-racks along the perimeter of the training area, thus freeing up valuable space that can be utilized in the center of the training area. Unlike other rack options with a minimized profile, the Edge rack does not require bolting to the floor or additional weight to anchor it to the floor.

Features of the Edge Half Rack

  • Double Notch Sandwich J - Cups and Safety Spotters: The double notch system is used because it is the safest and strongest method for the J-Hook to be positioned on the rack. The double posts of the notched J-Hooks distribute the load evenly between two posts rather than only a single post.
  • Solid Steel Base: The feet of the Edge rack are solid 1/2" plates, which add a considerable amount of weight and stability to the rack. The wide stance of the feet also prevents the rack bottom from "spreading" over time which can bend the uprights or weaken the welds.
  • Minimal Footprint: The Edge rack is a space-saving heavy-duty half rack
