  • Hanger arm can be used to suspend a punching bag, speed bag, climbing rope or gymnastics rings from a rig, rack or a wall.
  • climbing rope and gymnastics rings can be looped over the horizontal beam and properly secured
  • 43" L x 23" W
  • 3"x3" 11 guage steel.
  • This item is made for Vulcan Elite Free - Standing/Wall - Mounted Rigs and Vulcan 3x3 Power Racks (will not fit VFFPR, Vulcan Elite/Pro Half racks, Prime Power Rack, Vulcan Edge Half rack or any Vulcan Squat stands not guaranteed to be compatible with non-Vulcan brand equipment.

The hook is for punching bags or speed bags only and cannot support the weight of a climber/climbing rope. Use of the hook in this way will cause serious injury or worse. Make sure to tighten the nut of the hook properly when used to support heavy bag.
